The Family of Faith Scholarship Fund is dedicated to empowering students who excel academically and are actively engaged in their local church or community. Our mission is to provide financial support that enables students to pursue their educational goals while continuing to make a positive impact in the world around them. We believe that a little financial support goes a long way when working to achieve your dreams.
Our Scholarships
$1,500 Scholarship
The Albert and Hattie Thomas Award of Excellence honors both the Patriarch and Matriarch of the Thomas Family. This scholarship will be awarded to a student who not only exceeds expectations in academics but also serves their community. The winner will receive $1,500 to use towards their college expenses.
$1,000 Scholarship
The Ralph Holback Beacon of Light Scholarship honors a faithful servant. This scholarship will be awarded to a student who works hard serving their community, excels academically and is an active member in their church. The winner will receive $1,000 to use towards their college expenses.
$1,000 Scholarship
The William “Bill” Thomas Athletic Achievement Award honors everyone’s favorite coach. This scholarship will be awarded to a student who excels in academics and athletics. The winner will receive $1,000 to use towards their college expenses.
$1,000 Scholarship
The Leon “Tom” Thomas Salute to Learning Scholarship honors the oldest child in the Thomas family. This scholarship will be awarded to a student who has decided to take a nontraditional approach to higher education by pursuing a non-four year degree at a trade school, community college, or junior college. The winner will receive $1,000 to use towards their college expenses.
$1,000 Scholarship
The Albert Thomas, Jr. Servant Leadership Scholarship honors the captain of the Thomas family. This scholarship will be awarded to a student who embodies a positive attitude, unwavering dedication, and a strong work ethic. The student will receive $1,000 to use towards their college expenses.
